I love this just cuz it sounds like you two are genuinely having some fun. And because of that, I got to have some fun, too, as I listened. Real entertaining. Lol at 3:05.

You guys are a good duo, love hearing you two together.

YEAHYAAAH!

BummerCityTown responds:

haha thanks Wolf! We always have a good time doing stuff like this. It's the best.

It's about time this thing got released lol. Good track, and I love that little outro thing you did at the end, FB. That was a real good touch.

Solid beat here, B. I know it's unmixed and all, and this was just a quick track meant for practice, so I don't wanna go and give too many suggestions or anything.

But, that said, I thought the first half of the beat was nice; that vocal sample was pretty catchy and it sounds easy to rap to. However, I was't really feeling the second half of the track; it wasn't bad or anything, but I feel like the energy got brought down, if you get what I'm saying. It'd have been cool if it kept the same energy it had throughout the first half.

Other than that, it was a solid track. I'm listening to cheap headphones, so I can't really critique the mixing (and it's unmixed, anyways, so it'd be silly to judge that, anyways). Again, sounds easy enough to rap to, sounds decent just as an instrumental, too. Good work!

bpleez responds:

thanks i totally understand that. only added in the slow vocal mix at the end just so people would know what i mixed, but it does bring down the track definitely.

Yeah, I agree with C down there. I definitely see the similarity between you and Bummer. Of course, it's not a bad thing; Bummer sounds good, so sharing the same style means you also sound good. But maybe you can take C's suggestion and experiment a bit on future tracks, to try to find your own style.

Unless this happens to be your style as well, in which case it's all good.

That said, the track sounds decent, man. Good work.

CHiLEDAWG responds:

thanks man didnt even see this review till now. im writing to my beat "exhilaration" which i think may showoff my "style" a bit more, stay tuned for that and thanks for the review!

Good work, you guys. You were all good, but I'ma single out MC OG; I really liked his flow on this track, so he gets some extra bonus points from me. Actually, Fat Beats came in pretty well, too, his verse was nice. Although, I'll be honest and say that it sounded like Ax wasn't comfortable on this beat or something; he didn't sound his best on here, and I know he can do better. It's all good though, I still enjoyed everyone here.

But it's almost like Klazik just said, "Screw you, guys," and ended the song with more than 8 bars lol. Good stuff though.

I like Doc, so I'm very eager to hear his battles, to hear his improvement and all that. He definitely kicked it up a notch since his battle with War Spawn, so he gets respect for that.

Both brought the personals, so this battle was pretty good in the lyrics category. However, I do think that Rezzy brought more intensity to the battle (at least on his first verse). I would give the first verse to Rezzy Tip, and the second was more or less even. Also, did Doc punch-in in his second verse, after his Amanda Todd line?

Either way, I'd give this to Rezzy. But again, good job to Doc. He did better than last time.

Also, that outro is the greatest thing I've ever heard.

I don't want to make a big detailed review, so I'll try to be brief.

MC-OG's should've done a re-take on his first verse. It was hard to hear some of his lines halfway through because his enunciation wasn't as strong. His second one was real good though, so props for that. Star had a consistent flow and delivery, but I don't think his lyrics were better than MC-OG's (I would've preferred more lines like that Special Olympics flip and less lines like the 'I'm calling Nicole, getting some tonight" or whatever).

I've been meaning to sit down and really give an in-depth review, but I don't want to drag this out anymore. This was generally even, but I'll give it to OG for his lyrics.

This is entertaining, so I say we're all winners here. Good work, you two!

This is a hard battle to vote for. I think OG's first verse was VERY good, kept it relevant and had very good flow. Unfortunately, his second verse wasn't as great (his flow wasn't as on point, and the lyrics weren't too strong). Rezzy was consistent in terms of flow all the way through, but I wasn't as impressed with his lyrics (some lines had good flow, but didn't really sound personal to me). I will say I dug the little hints of anger in Rezzy's second verse though. It made his verse sound even better.

I think it was a pretty even match, so I wanna call it a tie. Since I gotta vote though, I'd go with MC OG due to the strength of his first verse. I really enjoyed this battle though, so good job to both!

Love this track so much I've had it on repeat for awhile. Good work, you two.
